So here we are, at the last minute, looking for somewhere else to live. Vancouver Island has become the destination of choice, specifically the Comox Valley. Day 1 of house hunting has gone well although I think the realtor is a bit spooked. I told her we were not buying a house but a garden with a house attached. Her struggle to keep a straight face was magnificent, I was truly impressed. Only the facial muscles tightening and the wide eyed stare gave it away. Up at the crack of dawn tomorrow for more house hunting fun.

A FORK IN THE ROAD
Now that the move is nearing reality we have had to take a hard look at our plans and face a few facts. While not yet stewing hens neither are we spring chickens. We need access to medical professionals to keep us healthy and a reliable connection to the outside world. Unfortunately, the original location of Blue Moon Farm has limited medical services and no roads out. It is however, stunningly beautiful and I hope one day some of you may stumble upon it as we once did.
