Life is hectic. We move furniture in two days. Four extra, much loved people visiting. Regardless, I'm managing to read one or two blogging friend's posts every night, however comments are, for the most part, beyond me. You are keeping me balanced.
As for naming, I was coasting along nicely, counting votes for the two favourites. Then Linnie W at Women Who Run With Delphiniums told me to buck up and try harder, which may not sound like it but was an act of kindness and I'm very grateful. Soo... I'm running this one by you.
No explanations yet. I want to see if any of you understand it. As in-Mother we told you no more strange names. You are going to have to explain it to Everybody.
I picked a Latin name for our last house-Pastor Pastorum-which I hope means House of Shepherds, it was supposed to indicate: 1. I was the shepherd of my nature friendly backyard and 2. Any lost lamb would be taken in, of course they would not know this unless they could read Latin so maybe I should have made that a bit clearer. Anyway the kids felt they were identified as the ones with the weird mother and have obviously, if their recent comments are anything to go by, been affected for life.
